To achieve our goals in Abjad, we had to develop work programs that were scientifically based, progressive and tailored to the various social, educational, and psychological differences among youth. We developed our programs to be engaging and enjoyable, integrating and involving all stakeholders in the educational process, including parents, administrative and educational staff, volunteers and civil society. We also developed programs to be adaptive to the nuances of the environment in the areas they serve, to ensure that students and beneficiaries continue with us effectively.
