Expanding the knowledge horizon of youth in conflict zones in a fun and purposeful way.

Developing the capabilities of the staff involved in educational and development work.

Building the capacity of youth to help them plan for their future and maintain security.

Integrating youth into the communities to which they migrated to ensure their progress in the academic, professional, and social fields they reside in.

Methods of Achieving Goals

1.

Tailored, quality courses offered by volunteers and partner programs in topics essential for operating in the education and developmental fields.

2.

Programs and mentoring activities aimed at sharing experiences between volunteers and youth on planning their careers.

3.

Activities and events within Abjad teams located in the diaspora to provide an environment for sharing experiences with youth.

AtharCast is one of Abjad Initiative for Education programs. It is a light chat with a group of successful young professionals. We talk to them about their experiences in the stages: before, during, and after the university. We choose them to help all students and talk to us about the experiences and challenges they went through. The changes and difficulties they faced, and how they managed to get over it.
