Yasmin

Yasmin is a non-profit virtual educational program launched in 2021, offering children, youth, and non-Arabic speakers the opportunity to learn the language and explore the culture in an engaging and practical way. The program provides Arabic language lessons and other educational subjects, taught by a dedicated team of skilled Syrian teachers committed to nurturing children’s sense of belonging to their Arab identity through a lively and enjoyable learning experience. The program’s revenues are dedicated to supporting children’s education in Syria through the "Iqra" initiative, giving them hope for a brighter future.

We offer high-quality virtual education in Arabic, supported by interactive and simplified learning resources, specifically designed for Arab children in the diaspora as well as for non-Arabic speakers, enhancing learning opportunities for all.

Supporting the Educational Process within Syria

We are committed to sustaining education for children inside Syria by improving the learning environment, empowering Syrian teachers professionally and economically through job opportunities and training programs—strengthening their role as a cornerstone in building an informed and educated generation.

Fostering Identity and Belonging

We aim to preserve the Arabic identity among children and youth, nurturing their sense of cultural and social belonging.

We begin the learning journey with a free trial session to assess each student’s level and design a personalized learning plan. Flexible scheduling is offered, alongside close monitoring of progress through standardized assessment files to ensure optimal results.

We foster belonging and cultural identity through non-academic interactive activities such as the “Tell Me a Story” program and virtual tours that take students on journeys to explore the landmarks and rich history of their homeland, Syria

We offer intensive and diverse workshops to develop thinking and creativity skills, including chess, programming, mental math, and critical thinking development, with advance announcements to ensure active and fruitful participation.
