Noor Hamour is a co-founder of Abjad Initiative with a master’s | degree in strategic planning and more than 8 years of experience in Non-Profit Organizations. Currently, Noor is a regional program director in an INGO focusing on women and children in conflict countries.

With over twenty years of experience in mental health and community development, she specializes in supporting individuals who have experienced trauma, particularly refugees. She co-founded the “Syrian Community Network” and the “Lianak Insan” (Insan for Psychosocial Support) organization to provide psychological support to refugees. Her work is based on a solution-focused approach to fostering growth and confidence.
